Rachel CCoconut Thai is easily the best restaurant in Statesboro for both Thai and Asian-fusion style food. All of the ingredients are fresh, and the seasoning of the various dishes that I've had there were perfect and most flavorful. Great sushi, too! I've visited Thailand and this is easily the most authentic Thai food that I've eaten here in the US. I highly recommend.
Curt ROne of my favorite places in the boro. Their curry is my go to when I want to celebrate, when I need a good comfort meal - it's basically an anytime go too. Quality food every time. Bonus points that their staff is super friendly and remembers you by name and know your favorite order.
